Easily Enable Your Customers to Book Online with Credit Cards
By using our Payment Gateway, you can securely receive validated credit card information with every booking. With a merchant account link it will also be processed and charged based on your account and system rules. Records of all of your customer transactions are stored in the World Village Control Panel and easily accessible.
Account Level Features
Through our Payment Gateway you will have access to all of our secure transaction features, including credit card payments, season rate plans, choice of tax rate plans, and cleaning fees and discounts. You will also be able to setup global pricing rules, optional packages and use the affiliate program.
- Using Your Payment Gateway - If you have already a merchant account we can add it to our Payment Gateway system so you don't have to change your system.
- Multiple Pricing Rules - This is a very robust feature which allows you to setup a detailed restriction or rule and use it over multiple properties. These rules will automatically kick in based on the formulas you choose.
- Optional Packages - You can offer additional services such as welcome baskets or bike rentals, which can be pre-configured so they are accessible to all your properties.
- Affiliate Program - There are 2 ways to utilize the affiliates setup:
1. As an owner, you can contract with other owners or property managers to host & promote your properties on their websites. They need to sign up for a World Village account, & then provide you with their affiliate key, which you will add in below.
2. You can also become an affiliate and host & promote properties on your website. Once you are an affiliate, these properties will be available through your search listings provided through World Village.
