Setting Up Your Online Booking & Reservation System
Our online vacation rental software has 2 integrated components. The first part is setting up your website to handle online bookings. It's as simple as copying and pasting some code onto your website home page. This code can also be customized to blend into your website better, by changing the colors, links and size to match your current web interface.
Once the search box and availability pages are working on your site, people can start searching for and booking your properties right away. Then login to our control panel to accept, manage and track your new online reservations. Its that simple!
Add our "Check Availability" Search Box and Reservation Booking System to your current website
World Village offers 4 different sizes of search boxes that you can incorporate directly in your current vacation rental rental website. By incorporating the search box and adding your property details to the World Village database, customers will be able to view your properties availability, see your property details and book a room directly from your website. Customize Your Search Box and Search Results pages "look and feel" for a seemless integration into your current website
Our customization tool allows you to add in your logo and header image, add and customize links and customize the color palette throughout your search results pages. Customers will have a more secure & cohesive presentation of the booking process and feel like they have never left your website while making their booking transactions. Search Results Page
When customers seach for availability on your website they will be brought to a search results page such as this one, which shows your property details, photos and amentities as well as prices and availability. Clicking on the Book It button will continue the transaction process.
Booking Review Page
After the search results page, customers are then brought to a review your booking page such as this one, which shows your property address, dates, check-in and check-out times and a detailed price review with fees and discounts as well as rental policies. Clicking continue takes you onto the transaction process.
Review Traveler & Payment Information Page
After the booking review page, customers are brought to the add traveler & payment page such as this one, which add customer data as well as rental policies agreements and completes the reservation process.
Access Your Accounts from the Dashboard Page
Once you've logged in you will be taken directly to this page.The My Dashboard Page of the Vacation Rental System is your accounts home page and lets you check availability, make new reservations, and alerts you to new reservation orders.
View Detailed Reservation Data
The reservations tab shows new reservations waiting to be accepted, a lookup reservation feature and add a new reservation tool as well as check-in and check-out dates, charges and balances, guest information, and payment information all at a glance.
View & Control Your Property Details
The property setup tab lets you setup your properties information, number and type of rooms, rates for each room type and seasonal room rates, also you can choose your taxes & fees model, customize your amenities, add your photos and add in any emails or correspondance such as pdfs that you to autorespond to your customers, we even have a policies & restrictions tabs to customize your legal info.
