In the control panel populated with your vacation rental properties, you have access 24/7 to all of your property management tools, including property setup, seasonal groupings, and reservations. Save money by not buying expensive software or technology. World Village hosts all of the technology you need on a secure server, so there's nothing to buy, install or maintain.
Single or Multiple Property Management
Manage one or several properties at once, set season specific rate plans and track your reservations in real-time. The control panel gives you access to all of our secure transaction features, including credit card payments, season rate plans, choice of tax rate plans, cleaning fees and discounts.
  • Setting up your rooms - Provide detailed room descriptions, including number of beds and customers allowed per room.
  • Season Group Rates - Set up to 10 different seasons at varying rates to reflect your price differences per season. You can setup a daily or weekly price.
  • Taxes & Fees Setup - We offer 2 main pricing models for you to choose from:
    • All Taxes & Fees are included in the Rate.
      or
    • All Taxes & Fees are not included in the Rate. You have the ability to add a variety of taxes, fees and deposits which will then be called out in the customers reservation price details.
 
  • Pricing Rules - This is a very robust feature which allows you to setup a detailed restriction or rule and use it over multiple properties. These rules will automatically kick in based on the formulas you choose.
  • Optional Packages - You can offer additional services such as welcome baskets or bike rentals, which can be pre-configured so they are accessible to all your properties.
  • Emails - Upload your custom text or files for Reservation Confirmation Emails, Email Sent after Owner Accept Reservation, Email Sent after Owner Rejects a Reservation.
  • Policy & Restrictions - Setup the Minimum days to book your property, Travel Insurance Policy details can be entered if you provide one, a Pet Policy with additional fees and deposit with a Pet Policy Detailed description and a Rental Property Policy document which they need to check that they agree to your terms in the reservation process.
  • Photo Upload Tool - Upload up to 20 - 1MB photos per property.
  • Amenities - Choose from a wide variety listed or we can add the ones you need that aren't in our system.
