I can't say enough good things about the people at World Village! I was with another major online reservation system and was totally dissatisfied. Then by accident I ran across World Village. They have bent over backwards to create a system that works well, gets all the calculations correct, and is flexible with how I use it.

We manage 40+ homes and are growing so I needed something that could automate my processes and most importantly get it right. World Village provides the availability search data and online booking engine through a simple search box I can put anywhere on my website I want. When a reservation comes through, the online availability calendar is automatically updated so it can't be double booked, the deposit or full payment is taken depending on my requirements, emails for confirmation, etc. are automatically sent out, reminders for balance payments are sent when they need to be and much more. And I can customize most of those things to suite my needs and work style. Now I can focus on the important things like promoting my website to get more bookings!!

And one more thing, you won't pay a fortune for this service. As a matter of fact you won't pay a monthly fee, only a small cost when you input a reservation for payment processing or receive an online reservation through the system. If you already have a merchant account and payment gateway you can set that up through World Village so you don't have to change your payment processor.

If you're looking for an online reservation system that can free you from all the manual details BUT doesn't cost you a fortune AND does the job right, then this is a "no-brainer". World Village is the way to go!! I love these guys - they're FANTASTIC!!
